18th Annual NPF Fellows Symposium

The National Pancreas Foundation holds an annual Fellows Symposium as an opportunity for Fellows to gain insight and instruction from world-renowned pancreas specialists. This is open to physicians and PhD-levels scientists who are Fellows, Residents, and first or second-year Faculty who have demonstrated an interest in pancreatic disease.

Course Objectives

  1. Discuss early detection of pancreatic cancer and surgery options.
  2. Describe indications, treatments, and complications of pancreatitis.
  3. Interpret knowledge of genes and how they affect the pancreas.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by CME Outfitters, LLC and National Pancreas Foundation. CME Outfitters, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
